West Cumberland Engineering Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shepley Engineers, has successfully completed the acquisition of T.I.S. Cumbria Limited, effective 27th October 2023.

TIS will become an integral part of The Shepley Group and will operate as part of Shepley Engineers’ subsidiary, West Cumberland Engineering. WCEL processes, procedures, policies and culture will be adopted by TIS.
